Scholarships and Awards

There are several language scholarships available to Richmond students who demonstrate either merit or need. In particular, scholarships are provided to students who might otherwise not be able to participate in a study abroad program during the summer, the semester or the academic year. Some scholarships are co-sponsored with the Department of Latin American and Iberian Studies.

The deadline for submitting an application for study during summer 2011 or the 2011-2012 academic year is February 14, 2011. Applications should be submitted to Ms. Pamela Poe, Modern Literatures and Cultures, Room 205, Carole Weinstein International Center or Ms. Phyllis Dudding, Latin American and Iberian Studies, Room 334, Carole Weinstein International Center.
