Scholarships and Awards

There are several language scholarships available to Richmond students who demonstrate either merit or need. In particular, scholarships are provided to students who might otherwise not be able to participate in a study abroad program during the summer, the semester or the academic year. Some scholarships are co-sponsored with the Department of Latin American and Iberian Studies.

The deadline for submitting an application for study during summer 2015 or the 2015-2016 academic year is February 13, 2015. Once a student submits the application, a confirmation email acknowleding receipt of the application will be sent by either Sonia Phung, Modern Literatures & Cultures or Phyllis Dudding, Latin American, Latino, and Iberian Studies.
