Scholarships & Awards
There are several language scholarships available to Richmond students who demonstrate either merit or need. In particular, scholarships are provided to students who might otherwise not be able to participate in a study abroad program during the summer, the semester or the academic year. Some scholarships are co-sponsored with the Department of Latin American and Iberian Studies.
The deadline for submitting an application for study during summer 2008 or the 2008-2009 academic year is February 15, 2008. Applications should be submitted to Ms. Pamela Poe, Modern Literatures and Cultures, Room 200, Puryear Hall or Ms. Phyllis Dudding, Latin American and Iberian Studies, G-16, Puryear Hall. Students will be notified of departmental decisions by March 3, 2008.
